Nobi Communications

Nobi Communications' first training program on communications and media was inaugurated on 26 April 2009 by Rev. Adv. Antony Koottungal O.Praem, member miagistrate , Juvenile Justice Board, Government of Karnataka. This one-week course is to empower the participants to integrate communications and media into the formation as well as pastoral ministry of the Church. The first batch consists of 20 participants from different dioceses and religious congregations in India. Nobi Communications is the media apostolate of the Norbertine Fathers from the Canonry of Mananthvady and is headed by Rev. Dr. Jose Murickan O.Praem.

    Reading about the efforts,your training programme looks very promising. The theological, spiritual and cultural aspects of communications seem to have been touched upon very rightly. These are matters often found lacking in other training programmes. Contiue to do similar training programmes, more often. And keep the spirit moving. Congrats again, Jose.

    Let Nobi Communication spread the reality: without communication there is no relationship, no family, no community nor the concept of a nation. Communication is the glue that binds society and it is the underlying principle of living. Growth and relationship are the signs of life. And this also happens through communicating your gift.
    Fr. Muricken, You are well appreciated for your attempt to extend your gift in the society to realize the source of life.. Let ‘Nobi Communication’ be a new attempt from Norbertine Order to the society to appreciate communication as a gift and as most essential element in life. Congratulation Fr.
